- Some previous patch seemed to mess up the age filter used in these bunch of Ask To mods, so I fixed it.
- Minor adjustments.
- Added machine translation for all languages not yet translated.

- Integrated the CallToMeal_AddOn into the main mod, and minor adjustments. (amellce_AskToEat_CallToMeal_AddOn.package is no longer needed)
