[Design Council] April animation vote

As design council members, you can vote on which of these March requests will be turned into animations next month.
Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule I can't promise two animations like I did in February.
Winner: Interactive quickie
Second place: Animation
Third place: Finished art
As usual, please do not vote for your own requests. This is to keep the votes fair.
I will be cutting the votes off at 12pm GMT on Monday the 31st of March.

A few notes:
Hex Maniac has been excluded from this poll because I didn't get time to finish her. I liked my original idea for the sketch but I don't think I did it proper justice. I want to have more time to flesh it out, so she will be a request I carry over to next month. She'll be in the running's for May's animations instead!
I know this poll has gone out before I've finished Okayu, but please just hold on a little longer. I'm working on her right now :')
