Next month starts up the last story for this "issue" of Mercs. In true Halloween spirit, there will be a few spoooky and familiar faces!

The last few pages are him at the fitting. His friend was notified that he would be there so that's why she showed up. Most of the set-up for these is just to get the situation rolling and digging too deep into the mechanics just wouldn't be fun because it would eat up a lot of pages for not much extra payoff. As for what's behind it, there are a few clues scattered in it that tie it into a larger story for the comic that link some of the missions together.
