Update -September changes

From September 1st there will be some small changes.
1 - All comic books that are more than 2 pages will only be available to Tier 3 patrons (this will not effect any previous comicbooks I have released they will still be avaialble on Tier 2)
2 - Livestream requests will only be available to Patreon supporters and no longer be for anyone who joins the stream.
3 - Polls will only be for Patreon supporters to take part in
