NPC: Sir Johnny the Fifth

Inspired by the three prompts in this month's list in r/Brewjammer, I dove into my pop culture history while combining all three ideas into a single homebrew creation.
The result is an apparently immortal elemental within a suit of armor, who now spends his time traveling in a caravan (rather than a food truck), making jokes, and defending his friends. Yes, he's even got a fiery hot ranged weapon. He doesn't do so well when hit by lightning.
Updated 2022-04-02: Fixed a couple of spelling errors, added the extra skills and Cutting Words feature he should have had for his bard subclass, and adjusted text a little to keep everything on one page.
