Loco v1.2 Update

i am not satisfied with the end result of the Loco v1.2.
★ i lowered the quality of the textures to [1024] because they were reached a high amount of pool streaming.
★ i'm currently working on a landscape and improving textures to 2k, 4k and 8k.
★ the landscape will be released with Loco v1.2 [with foliage and material].
★ but will be separated with the next version for performance reasons.
★ it will be released this month as well. ❤️
