This week's video is something I've been meaning to look at for years and wow do I feel DUMB for not having done it sooner. What I thought I bought was just the tip of an iceberg of Roland MIDI awesomeness that I didn't know about and was able to preserve!
This video is split between covering Roland Visual MT which is an underwhelming (oops spoilers) music "tutor" program and the incredible Roland Virtual Sound Canvas which is game changing, in the most literal sense, for vintage computer MIDI software that can be done extremely easily on more available hardware! I'm really glad to have found this and be able to cover it and get it archived.
