Compaq Portable III First look and Getting to Boot

This video was a little rushed because the last couple weeks have been unexpectedly hectic for me. I really wanted to get this last video on the items I was given done but ran out of time to do it normally so I decided to try again at making a video while streaming. So it's not my usual or preferred quality. (as of the time of posting it may still be processing as well because I just got it uploaded and am about to get some sleep)
I was really unsure how this Compaq Portable III was going to turn out when I first tested it the day I got everything. It had signs of life but wasn't responding to floppy disks and was pretty much useless out of the box. But after a lot of time and help on the stream it makes some real progress!
And I should probably mention the little tease in the beginning of this video that explains where some of my time went(other time went into working on fixing some more issues on my van). I had the nearly unbelievable opportunity to pick up a real IMSAI 8080 and other S-100 hardware! I've got a lot to cover with it as it will need some restoration but I'm very positive about it working again. I've been working on plans for Data General stuff in the background to get working on that and I decided to fast track it to do the IMSAI first because (oddly in this context) it's not as rare and is in similar condition with similar hardware. I'm still working out how I want to introduce it on the channel and delaying other projects but I'm hoping to get to it sooner than later. For now....I've got a lot of hardware to sort away that I've gathered in the last few weeks.
