New Blog Post: rEFInd Dual Boot
Added 2020-10-02 23:11:51 +0000 UTCI am setting up a new modern system that will be getting featured in a video soon. But I wanted to dual boot linux and Windows on it for hardware support reasons. I've been meaning to detail some of the things I picked up about setting up a nice duale boot system for a while and having the new website gave me a great place to do that.
I had to change my wordpress theme because the old one handled the special text formatting very poorly. I haven't got this one fully customized yet and I'm not sure that I will because I'm not liking some parts of it. So I may replace the theme again.
Also, is there interest in getting posts here to let you know when I put something up on the website? I understand not everyone will be interested in every topic I put on there. But I figure it's something that I'm putting effort into in an official manner so I probably should post about it here as well.

I have used rEFInd in the past and had no problems - I used it on a USB stick that had a ditro installed, but so that I could still easily access the "real" OS when it was plugged in... RE: site. I almost never check patreon unfortunately, so if it's something public I would not mind having a twitter message. I personally follow all of my patreon people on there when I can, and use it far more often

2020-10-03 00:59:15 +0000 UTCYup. If posting on the website, post something here too. I’d say most people wouldn’t mind the extra notification occasionally but would be more likely to checkout something they’re interested in from a Patreon notification that remembering to check the website.
