About Le Blanc: Unless they want to do an even bigger FU to all the Lore enjoyers so far, this is 100% Le Blanc. About the name you cant remember: The closest to what you said would be Jarvan. But I don't think he is popular for you to know about him. But fun fact, he actually appeared in Arcane S2. His head was on banners all over, propoting an Opera play, of which we later could see Jarvans Coronation scene. The arguably most popular male Champ (lore wise), which you prolly meant, would be Jhin. The one who treats murder/death as art. Ezreal is a Pilty. Since Arcane ended, there is a Meme going around, on how he comes back from Demacia after romancing, not knowing what tf is going on, for he is the only Pilty/Zaun character, who's lore is not affected by arcane (aka has to be changed) About Viktor: With the End of Arcane, he got a VGU (meaning his visuals and lore were updated/reworked) while abilities stay mustly the same. So while they kept the most iconic part, he now does not look how he used to anymore (generally he used to be shorter and more chonky). Very early in Arcane S1, when possible uses for the Hextech core for normal folks was introduced, other than the Gauntlets, there was also a certain long stick with a hand on it, which as you now know is "his third arm". This is the most iconic part of him, so this was a nice hint for Lol Players. Also the attack laser thingy he does with it is called Death Ray
