First off, sorry about my beard being weird.
Secondly, WHAT THE ABSOLUTE HECK??!!! Faith, please... give us a few weeks so we can deal with Adam first!! XD
This one was excellent! Such a serious one, but that is often when Buffy is at it's best! So much is going wrong, I am finally starting to feel the feelings I had as we approached the end of season 3 (like... how are we going to solve all THIS? XD).
I am pretty sure I understand what happened at the ending... and I can't wait but am also very worried about the next episode! XD
Also - TOP TIER Willow look, in this one!

Agreed. It feels to me as if Faith is a caricature rather than a real character, "vindictive bad girl."

2024-01-25 22:29:10 +0000 UTCI really really don't like this episode or the next and usually skip them, but Buffy and Faith are two of my least favorite characters. They're just too heavy with them, so I don't enjoy the episodes. Faith could be a really interesting character, but I don't think the show did a good job with her character at all, unless that's what they were going for. They made her far too unlikeable for viewers to want to delve more into her past without either spending a huge amount of time with it or making it something so obvious that people couldn't ignore it. The fact that they do little hints and spots of her vulnerability leads me to believe that what they wanted isn't what they got in the end. Either they just couldn't write for her character properly, or Eliza couldn't pull it off.
