Oooh, I really liked this one! The fact that there... was technically no villain is kind of amazing! XD Richard was a great character, I can see him being 'one and done', but I really liked his 'nice guy demon' thing he had going! XD (also, I realise where I recognise the actor from during my thoughts after! ๐ ).
Awesome to finally found out about Doyle's backstory! Really adds to him as a sympathetic character!
Harri seems like she could be mega useful in the future, like our own little 'Giles'! We shall see if she ends up a part of the team!
Cordelia with that tray was... yeah. XD I had a lot of fun watching this one!

2023-12-01 16:46:24 +0000 UTCI have to admit I didn't really like the turn the episode took. I really hoped that the "eating of the brain ceremony" would be some sort of missunderstanding. Like they eat a cake that looks like a brain. Or it is some kind of proverb in their culture and means something like "really get to know the old husband" or "ask him questions about Harri" or something like that. But no, they did have to make the demons evil in the end (because that tradition was clearly fucked up and evil). and for what? Just so that Doyle could be right about them being up to no good? Because we couldn't have a story were two people got divorced in the past and when one of them re-maries the other person can learn to be a grown up and accept it?
