Funding:

* New office! And by the time the wider audience see this episode, we should be able to announce our long-term funding solution :)

* Patreon donations are on the rise again - thank you! Even if New Vector has funding, we *really* want to keep Matrix.org donations going to ensure Matrix itself prevails no matter what else is happening :)

* We're now working on the Matrix.org Foundation as a proper legal entity for Matrix.org at last.

Synapse:

* Operational hell for most of the week

* Good news though; resulted in major perf improvements to /login, a new /event API, and a whole new plan for splitting up the send path into workers - and lots of major monitoring improvements

Dendrite:

* Synapse hell has completely killed Dendrite progress this week.

Riot/Web:

* Lots more PR maintenance

* E2E migration from localstorage to indexeddb almost ready to go at last

* E2E backup progress delayed by synapse operational problems

Riot/Mobile:

* We pushed 0.6.8 on iOS which improves push woes

* Communities are done on both platforms; need to be released properly - even have flair on Android now!

Widgets:

* Stickers are almost ready
