- At the risk of jinxing it, we are tantalisingly close to a solution on long-term funding. We need one final signature (which is probably a week or two away), and then we're sorted. Watch this space...

- Synapse 0.26 rc1 was released with relatively minor fixes; we'll release next week.
- Matthew's E2E API has been stuck due to non-dev distractions but should land soon.
- We're hoping to bring on someone to help wrangle the Synapse GH issue & PRs in the near future...
- Michael (t3chguy) is starting to look at making search work again

- Steady progress; Erik got pagination working (and then filled it up with War of the Worlds and found a bunch of new races)
- Rich has been plugging away on getting key management to work with federation and is removing roadblocks as he finds them
