It’s “Unknown Inbound Ssession ID”, which is the cryptic message we used to expose when an E2E client doesn’t have the key data needed to decrypt a message. Nowadays it’s shown as “Unable To Decrypt”. It is the bane of our life and we’re trying to fix it for good so messages can always be decrypted(!)
