I got an invite to join a supporters room but everytime I try to join and accept the invite I get a "Internal Server Error" and the result is that I am unable to join the room. What would be a solution?

@Christoph: I believe that it is synced every first day of the month.

If thats the case, how often do you update the membership (I just upped from quadratic to polynomial, but I‘m still in the old group, of course)
