Lady), and Mutant (permanent change, like a tail or extra arms). Other Quirks manifest at age 4, but Mutants are usually born that way (it would be too weird to wake up one day and have a bird head). Mutant bodies cannot be erased by Aizawa, which is why he also relies on skills and his scarf.
