so in a way she has that strong bond with fern the way she had a strong bond with himmel. different type of bond of course but it explains the positioning in the outro

2024-04-06 00:15:39 +0000 UTCPretty interesting that we all can see that Fern behaves like the mother to Frieren in always having to look after Frieren each day, as well as being the responsible one in the group...but we got an episode here where we witness that Frieren does look at Fern as her daughter and Fern to Frieren as her mother. They share a strong familial bond where Fern looks up to Frieren as the most amazing of all, while Frieren wants to pour all the best things she knows into Fern. The grave in the outro is just about Himmel the Hero, remember that this entre journey is about Frieren getting a chance to talk with Himmel in heaven and say the things she never got a chance to when he was alive. Don't worry about the characters in the new intro, you'll meet them all in the next few episodes...literally all of them!
