2024-02-09 23:51:58 +0000 UTCWell here's the thing about the mortars, Lena can't be punished for their use because that would require the military admitting to the public that they aren't using non-manned drones. Currently the nation outside of the military believes that this is a war with no casualties, they know nothing about the existence of the District 86 internment military camps. Lena finally realized when her back was against the wall, with trying to save her unit, that she could do whatever she wanted and the Republic government could do nothing to stop her. Also...cry those tears Rose, this episode was extremely emotional with Shin finally being given a release and with the 86 leaving Lena behind.
