Slayer Codex [Monster Thursday]

It can be dangerous hunting down a monster, but there are some that have learned to fight them with some expertise. While they may be missing more than a few fingers, these slayers have incredible knowledge and technique when it comes to bringing down their preferred beast.

Bulette Slayer (CR 5) A hunter of shark... landshark that is. They duck, dodge, and carefully move across the ground to avoid the beast that lurks below the soil.

Dragon Slayer (CR 10) Dragons are everywhere, at least, that's probably what my players think. Dragons are also a menace and they would really like it if the dragon would stop flying around shooting them with fire and lightning. These hunters can shoot a dragon out of the sky and pin them to the ground.

Giant Slayer (CR 8) Giants are big, and that's about all anyone needs to know about them. Also, they are sluggish and slow and if you can climb up one of them, they won't be able to stop you from stabbing them in their face, just don't let them hit you or its lights out.

Goblin Slayer (CR 1) Traveling in large packs, goblins are dangerous only because of how many there are of them. A goblin slayer must know how to handle a lot of enemies, their weapon having to be in multiple places at once to cut down as many goblins as possible.

Vampire Slayer (CR 13) Maybe the most dangerous creature to hunt, a vampire is fast, powerful, and has an unending hunger for your blood. A slayer must rely on the powers of the divine to help them put this monster to rest for good.
