So I've written a couple of articles about spells that have fallen by the wayside as D&D progressed from 1st edition to the current 5th edition. Some of the spells are fun, others overpowered, and a few are just plain wacky.
I aim to find those spells that can be converted to the 5th edition and do just that. Some of the older spells currently exist but with a different name; others are just so insane they cannot be converted. That said, there are still plenty to choose from
Today's post is Volume 1 of the Spellbooks of Lost Magic, featuring lost spells that start with the letter A. My goal is slowly to work my way through the alphabet. I know I have a tendency to let projects fall by the wayside, so I'll do my best to be diligent and keep working my way through the Spellbooks
