Update to $5 Tier

I'm changing the "every other month" section for Monthly Landscapes to instead be "February, May, August, November" therefore postcards will receive extra prints every three months instead of every other month. And it won't be just one print, it'll be more than one- thus making the envelope rather fitting. (aka I'll fit more than one since there's room for it)
Patrons this month will receive it, but the next two months will just be the postcards themselves due to pricing. I also think it's fair for folks to be encouraged to stay longer than just one month, and it's a reward for staying a patron.
