But why do you think the writers changed the "lie" that V.V. told the Emperor? Was it as simple as plot, or is there a deeper reason we have yet to see??

Fuji he also blew up most of the world's Sakuradite supply, taking away the power supply to build future armies of knightmares that can possibly take over the world.
