It says "This folder is empty" and gives me an option to save a copy to my Dropbox or Download. There is not option to upload files.

2023-03-20 00:18:03 +0000 UTCI am able to open it in my computer browser, but it doesn't let me upload any files. I can just see the empty folder. Confirming what the others have said.
