I Need Character Suggestions

Backstory:
She’s basically a cave-dwelling humanoid that has lost complete and total concept of reality. She is insane, beastly, homicidal and kills on command.
Now, as far as the look, Dennis (the director) and I have decided that long, gross, mangy hair is the way to go. As far as the look—I’m leaning towards black scleras, pale face…not white, though, intense veins, minimal blood excluding the oral area, and some old scarring.
Wardrobe is minimal. I’m leaning toward buying an old nightgown, rolling in mud/dirt, wiping my own blood on it and tearing it.
Is there anything I could potentially add to this? Do you guys think I should opt for a prosthetic to eliminate the nose? The reason I was not into that is because, if you’re living in a cave—wouldn’t your sense of smell be greater? I don’t know, but I think a flat nose or total elimination could look fucking SICK.
What are your thoughts on making this character absolutely horrifying?

Yes, veins sound good, violet and black, over collarbone and back of hand, maybe on temple and forehead, combined with a few pus scratches, but all decent, not too much!

2023-02-10 01:27:19 +0000 UTCI don’t know if a absend nose isn’t to much. Decent scratches and open wounds in face and all visible body parts from robbing and err through the undergrowth. Together with filthy hair and rotten clothes it must be enough. The horror should also come from story, light and musicscore. Sometimes less could be better.
