Palesky is an incredibly motherly character and has helped raise many kits in the clan, not just her own, and has taken this role on more seriously after her mate and former leader passed away, partly because that and helping the medicine cats is the only duties that makes her feel useful, but also because she cant bear to go into the forest to hunt alone, where only bad memories resurface..
