At a young age, I suspected I would grow to find an obsession with blood and toilets.

It may seem weird, but everytime I used to see my pets licking out of the toilets, I wondered why. I find the degree of taboo associated with our urine quite strange. Something that builds inside us is so deemed gross as soon as it exits the body—but why?

Before I become immersed in the arts, I wanted to pursue anthropology. I’ve always been interested in humans and our origins. Looking back now, I sometimes with I did. Maybe it’s because I find myself engaging in primitive behavior, or maybe it’s because I just am a weird fuck. I don’t know, but the older I get, the more I just enjoy the subtleties of life’s discarded taboos. Sex is great, but have you ever played in your blood and piss and realized you hold more power than most?
