End of June Update & New Story

Big whoops on my part, I forgot to make a post here instead of just discord about what's been happening. I'll be better about that in the future. For those who are on discord, there won't be any new information until the bold print at the end. For those not, here's a copy and paste of what's going on:

just checking in, wanted to give everyone a heads up because I've been silent for a bit.

I'm doing fine, just keeping my head down and working on something I'm really enjoying right now. More info to come soon-ish (probably). Anyway, I just realized I haven't threadmarked all the omakes of Gunslinger yet on Spacebattles (whoopsie!) so I'll be doing that before the end of the month.

Kind of in the writing zone right now on another project. MGG was stressing me out, so I took a look at some other really talented authors and realized I needed a "for fun" project. Remedy was supposed to be that, but the character's circumstances and psychology turned out to be too close to Mai's in terms of seriousness. Kind of shot myself in the foot on that one.

All that to say is I'm working on another story now and doing a bunch of things I'm enjoying. I Wrote more in one day two days ago than I have in an entire month, so it seems to be working. I'm really hoping to put it up soonish, but I'm building an actual backlog with this one so my poor patreon people can finally be rewarded for their generosity and get some chapter early. Expect more superhero shenanigans in an AU with a very light system (only 12 skills and occasional perks to keep track of).

Finally, MGG is not on hiatus or dead or anything like that (though its safe to say Remedy is on Hiatus). I just really want to enjoy what I'm writing, and this chapter of MGG is very serious and needs me at 100% of my game to pull off properly. I haven't been in the proper mindset for it and work has been slow, but I can already feel my passion being reignited by my new project. Having a story whose character has a lighter personality is really helping me balance out with Mai's whole situation.

Hopefully everything stays good, and I can slam this MGG chapter with the effort and care it deserves once I'm recharged. It might just be a short burst of fortune on my end, but I'm hopeful. Thank you all for your patience and support, I love y'all!

New Stuff: My new story, Sanguinity, is going to be posted today over on Spacebattles! There will be more information about it on the next post which will have links to chapter one. Because I've been neglecting supporters for so long, chapter one will be available immediately for everyone while 2, 3, and 4 will be for Rare and Aberrant supporters.
