Nejire and Ochako capture Toga and use the brand new Drone Retraint Equipment. This encases Toga in a latex suit and her mind is controlled by a collar. But in a twist Nejire, who has a strong fetish / desire to be a mindless latex drone, betrays Ochako and gives Toga a special collar that allows her to command other latex drones. Nejire converts Ochako into a drone and then is transformed as well. Now the 2 heroines obey their new latex mistress Himiko Toga.
