At the café, they’re greeted warmly by the barista, who offers them free drinks as part of a special for ladies. Axel, initially mortified, is amazed at how differently people treat him, discovering the unexpected perks of being seen as a girl. But when Stella teasingly suggests that Axel stay a girl forever, he panics, protesting the idea despite the growing confusion in his heart. As the day unfolds, Axel begins to question what he really thinks about his new identity and the way the world treats him in disguise.
