Remember that it is only one scene with:

Background is Black Market Alley stage (https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/mkwikia/images/c/c4/Blackmarketalley.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20190829021241). They are halfway through their werewolf transformation. They have claws, sharp teeth, pointy ears & yellow eyes (though Sonya’s eyes are shut). Their muscular have expanded with fur growing between their breasts, from their pelvis & on their arms & legs. Sonya’s pants are ripped from the knees down & her boots have been destroyed. Sonya’s jacket has survived so far though her arms are exposed with scratch marks on her right arm her shirt & bra underneath are gone. Sonya’s headband is still on. Cassie is wearing nothing but her pants. Sonya is standing up & in pain losing herself to her inner beast, with Cassie looking in horror at her changing hands on her knees in front of Sonya.
