I still highly recommend the movie Batman Returns by Tim Burton, because it is great and catwoman and the penguin as villains are amazing. It is a sfw movie, but Gotham City and the characters were never portrayed this good in any other Batman movie. And I recommend the Arkham games - my fave is Arkham Origins due to christmas Eve and all that snow. ^^
