Year of the Ox - Whitney Sketch + Alt

Given her close association with miltank I figured she is close enough to the theme. Either that or I am just making up an excuse to draw a busty bellied Whitney. Enjoy and happy new year!
Decided to include a little alternate version with a miltank transformation. For those not interested in the pokemon features, I also just have the bustier version without them as well.
