Here is a small explanation about my Ganondorf interpretation.
It contains spoilers about "Breath of the Wild".
In Breath of the Wild Ganondorf does not appear in his human form
and I thought about his reincarnation after or during the events of the game and how he would look like.
He is a member of the Gerudo tribe who do only allow women to live inside their town so my version of Ganondorf was send to the Rito people and grew up among them and became a singer. His teacher was Kass (blue bird guy) who also gave him an unique guitar inspired by his look.
Now Ganondorf travels through Hyrule (and looks for other band members). He met a Korok who loves music and who follows him.
Thanks to advanced technology or secret untold events the circle and fate of the Triforce and its wielders does not exist anymore in the world of "Breath of the Wild". I realized this while drawing him. While playing the game I found references to many previous Zelda games, but nothing about the usual Triforce legend.
That means it is gone and Ganondorf is free.
Ganondorfs clothes:
top - inspired by Gerudo fashion = little fabric for hot desert
trousers and boots - inspired by Rito and Hyrulian fashion - simple but warm
the guitar - based on Kass
the Lynel necklace - Ganondorf likes Lynels, because they are cute.
I hope you enjoy this background infos about my Ganondorf image.
I think it can be nice to know about the details how an image was created
and where the ideas come from.
