My config profile for - Evo pp-filter Ver' 2.9

Here's a take on version 2.9 which is focused on a dreamy and realistic feel to the game. Evo has smashed it on this version to the point where i I've barely changed anything, but I've made my own personal tweaks to give it a different vibe. Please make sure to copy the images below to get same results to mine. I'm currently also using his video and CSP settings so feel free to also use them to get a more accurate result.
