[HS2] Aloy - Horizon ZD (Head/Hair/Makeup/Paint)

It took a while, namely around 3 to 4 weeks of almost daily work, but it is finally done. My first Honey Select 2 head mod. In good tradition it follows the footsteps of my HS1 mods and in some areas even improves on them, more in detail at the features part but suffice to say it acts basically like a vanilla HS2 head.

To put it mildly HS2 has some strange ways when it comes to heads, some of them simplify creating head mods (at least for me) but most of them were quite troublesome to overcome. For example eyebrows are mirrored, so you cannot have asymmetrical ones. Luckily i managed to rework the head to support this, but this means that vanilla eyebrows wont fit properly. For future heads if they eyebrows are symmetrical they will work with base eyebrows.

Due to the previously mentioned eyebrow asymmetry, i used the material editor to position the new eyebrow. This edit should be stored in the character cards, but if you want to create a character from scratch here is how to do it: Load up the Aloy face type (not the preset), change the eyebrow type to the included one, switch to the Body tab, open material editor(head), scroll down to "Texture3UV", set its values to 0,0,1,1 Save your character to store this edit.

Features and compatibility:

• All head / face sliders are functional
• Compatible with base game eyelashes, eyes
• Compatible with base game makeup, lips, face paint
• All base game expressions are applied to the new head and available.
• No neck seem of any kind (texture transition could be improved under the chin, but my digital drawing pad  broke, and the new one is in the mail)
• Due to unique eyebrow asymmetry base game eyebrows are not compatible

As this is my first head mod for HS, i cannot guarantee that everything should work fine. I have double and triple checked everything that i could think of, but there could be issues that i missed. If you find any strange behavior please let me know (on Discord too) and i will look into it.

What's next:

I will take the rest of the day off, as the previous few weeks were quite exhausting. There were times when HS2 presented such issues that i wasn't sure that i could even make this head work. So yeah, it was a bit stressful. Anyhow, i will post the next poll tomorrow.

Installation:

Same as with all previous mods, just copy the content of the archive(7z) into you HS2 game folder.

Required mods:

If your HS2 can use other modders custom heads, it should be able to apply this mod too. BetterRepack R4 should have everything.
