[HS] Mercy - OW head/hair

The previous Mercy outfit mod(by me) is required for this one to work properly. As it uses textures for the hair accessory (halo) from that mod. It will update the clothing preset with a new version, so just overwrite it.

I decided to use a custom eyebrow, as none of the HS one's are even close to this style. Vanilla HS eyebrows can be used if that's what you prefer, but i cannot guarantee that they will be in perfect position.

The head/neck mask uses the same method as Catwoman. I tried to add the mask to the face, so it can move with morphs (facial expressions) but as it uses a different material compared to the face it is mostly impossible to do :/ So, the same restrictions apply as in that case. Meaning some expressions will clip out of the mask, mostly wide open mouth ones. But in general it should fit quite well. Lower mast part is swimsuit top, upper part is integrated into the head.

Next i will start working on this month's commission, for which there will be a preview quite soon. I will time the current poll to end tomorrow noon (GMT+2) so get to voting on it if you have not done so yet. :)
