Times Have Changed (Increase Security)

((Y/N)'s POV)

I was in my new bath and it did feel like the best bath I ever had. It was warm, the water came to you, there were scrubbers to scrub my back while I lay down, and all of the girls got to play with me more. Periwinkle and her friends were the only ones in here with me but they had fun playing with me until the dust that protects their wings ran out so they had to stop bath time. I was put into some dry pajamas and wrapped in my blanket for warmth until my hair was nice and fluffy. I wanted to go out and play in the snow but they wanted me to stay inside and stay warm while others worked. I can make a snowman or a fort here in a little bit before bed. They make sure I have the cleanest snow to play in. Until I was dry, Gliss was drawing on the wall with frost then did a whole wall of frost for me to draw on with my finger. The best part is the moon makes it look so pretty to sleep to when my bedrocks side to side here.

Gliss-Who wants a nice and tasty snow cone before bed? We got watermelon and strawberry juices to put on it? ~

Periwinkle-He needs some real food... Get me some dust to protect my wings. I'll get some meat to put on the little stove we have for him.

(Y/N)-Isn't it just a few flat rocks with fire until them then another part with a crater?

Spike-It still cooks your food. You can have some dessert after. 

Periwinkle-I'll make you a nice grilled cheese with tomato soup. Our baby needs to stay nice and warm. ~

She rubbed my cheek and it reminded me of Mommy which made me think what she was doing right now.

(Tinkerbell's POV)

To make more additions to Pixie Hollow and the Winter Woods, I needed to see the prison in action. Queen Clarion was with me to see things herself and how the human prisoners are behaving as well as more cells being made.

Tinkerbell-It's important we keep the humans well nourished but also on their last legs for easier control. In order to do this we need to put them on a bad eating schedule so the body will store more fat as it loses it. At least that's what Fawn and the other animal fairies saw when it comes to bad eating schedules.

Clarion-They are not touching my baby's food supply.

Tinkerbell-Of course not. They will have tree roots, just enough water, and whatever food (Y/N) does not like for their food supply.

Just then we heard a human woman whimpering so we looked down and saw her covered in tree roots to keep her pinned down. Rosetta was down there herself so we went down to her.

Tinkerbell-Rosetta? Are you volunteering?

She turned around and smiled at us while the human continued to struggle.

Rosetta-Hey Sugar. I was finished with a good amount of work for the day and they wanted a fairy to help with tree roots and such for them. This one was gonna make a run for it.

Clarion-Was she now?... Where is Nyx? I want to talk about security.

She didn't look so happy when she left us and it would be very disastrous if (Y/N) even so much as hears them screaming by accident or if one of them gets into his sights. I planned for the pheromones of these flowers to keep the humans at bay but Rosetta just said this one made a run for it?

Tinkerbell's mind-Does it not affect her as much?... What about the humans? Will they be immune to it? This will be a problem. Just then someone tapped on my shoulder and I turned to see Silvermist and Iridessa.

Silvermist-Tink, we have a little problem with the new water system.

Tinkerbell-What could be wrong? Is something leaking into it?

Iridessa-Um... When mine got plugged up, I had Silvermist help me and we found this.

They took me outside and when we got out there, there was a piece od wood that had "HELP" carved into this. This has to be from a prisoner thinking their cries will be heard... Sadly, they would be right to an extent since something could happen to get (Y/N)'s attention.

Iridessa-What is (Y/N) saw this?!

Tinkerbell-Ok, so the prison needs a bit more work than I thought.

Clarion-Correct!

Queen Clarion came out of the prison with a floating human tied up and by their ear looking furious. The human was holding something in their arms then Queen Clarion splashed Pixie Dust into the human's eyes to make them scream.

Queen Clarion-Drop it.

She yanked on them violently which slammed them to the ground so hard they coughed up blood. It showed how much strength she has now from all of this power close by but more importantly... I saw a small rock with a sharp end, a broken tree root, and there was an unfinished word in it.

Queen Clarion-3 other humans are being punished for this exact same thing! It goes without saying that behavior and opportunities like this for them are unacceptable! Nyx is furious about this and so am I!

The human tried to crawl away but I grabbed them by their hair and slammed it on the ground which knocked them out. I felt so angry and trusted that my plan was falling apart like this and we are just lucky that my sister and the winter fairies are caring for (Y/N) right now.

Tinkerbell-Queen Clarion-.

Queen Clarion-Until this matter is resolved, (Y/N) will be moved to my quarters and his play area, be under strict watch from the scouts not stationed here, and 'nobody' is taking him out of there for any reason. You will be working Nyx to make this work.

She hardly ever talks like this and she left no room for debate. When she left, she left the three of us speechless and I looked at the unconscious human while seeing red. I dragged them inside while the Pixie Dust was still working and threw them against a wall while crying frustrated tears. Because of these nonbelieving parasites, I can't see our baby! No one can!

Silvermist-Tinkerbell?... Hey, you'll think of something in no time. You always do.

Tinkerbell-Hyperventaling breathing slows... Hehehehe... Hahahahahaaaaaa. Where's Zarina? ~

(Nyx's POV)

I gave all of my scouts an earful and made it clear that Queen Clarion will keep them from (Y/N) on purpose until we get this prison in order. This place needed more to keep the prisoners busy while preventing them from getting into too much shape. These flowers to keep them sedated can't be trusted to take care of everything.

Nyx-I want one fairy scout watching a human at all times! If they so much as turn away from you like they are hiding something, you crack down the whip on them or I do so to the both of you! Do! I! Make! Myself! CLEAR?!?!?!

They all held their stance and let out a shout to make it known that they understood. I can't believe that I am being kept from seeing (Y/N) until she sees the results. It starts with breaking these humans mentally and spiritually.

(Rosetta's POV)

I rushed home after the bad news and was a complete mess. I was crying harder because I was not allowed to kill that human I had pinned down! It was not fair! These stupid adult humans do something stupid and now we are all paying the price! What's going to happen when the Garden Fairies have their turn with him for a day?! Will Queen Clarion skip us?! (Y/N) would be heartbroken if he didn't get to play in a flower patch made for him and he won't smell like flowers and sunshine for us! I was even going to make a nice bath with flowers in it for him!

Rosetta-Grunt That human... THAT STUPID BITCH MADE THE QUEEN MAD AND RUINED EVERYTHING!!!

SMASH

I trashed my house by flipping furniture and throwing things in anger until I knocked a few books down. I kept them for decor mostly because it was something a garden fairy gave me after my first month here. It said, "Plants to Avoid A-Z". I picked it up and it's all the forbidden plants we know about but there is more. They look gorgeous but they are poisonous or have other effects that don't sound safe or pleasant... I straightened my place up before I sat down with some light from the sun a light fairy had stored next to my bed.

Rosetta-Forbidden to plant, huh?... Let's see what our Queen has to say about it now. ~

(Periwinkle's POV)

(Y/N) was getting his last bit in on his 2nd grilled cheese while we kept his soup warm and the whole time he had the cutest little smile on his face. When he finished his food, 7 out of the 22 girls that showed up helped clean and make sure he was tucked in nice and warm before...

(Y/N)-Periwinkle, can you come cuddle with me while I go to sleep? I know it needs to be on top of the blanket but it can be where my chin is.

My heart fluttered at this and some of the girls were a little jealous that (Y/N) asked me to take the best spot.

Gliss-Don't you want dessert?

(Y/N)-Yawn No... Too tired.

It was a little sad we couldn't feed him anymore since he was so adorable when you fed him but he hardly ever asks for an early bedtime. We normally just tire him out with games and sled rides but 

Periwinkle-Of course I'll cuddle you. ~

I got the spot he wanted me to be in while the others rocked the crib by letting the weights loose that my sister made to keep the crib rocking since her last model for the warmer house broke and ran into other problems. We helped him go to sleep by telling stories. After an hour he was asleep and we were all petting him as he slept but the animal fairies really got to work on his ears to get reactions out of him. None were as good as Fawn would do it though. 

(Y/N)-Groan Mommy. whisper

We all froze for a moment when he nuzzled deeper into his sleeping bag and softly snored again. Usually, he would mumble in his sleep. What was he dreaming about?! Is he dreaming about me?!

((Y/N)'s POV)

(Dream Start)

Mommy was bending down since I was so small to her now, I didn't even make it to her knees. Everyone was even here and when Mommy picked me up in her arms to hold me like a baby in her drawings we do together, she felt so warm and fluffy, her smell was so much stronger, and this was better than flying with Pixie Dust.

Mommy-I can't have you all to myself. The girls want you too. Who should hold you next? ~

(No POV)

Periwinkle's mind-MY NAME?!?!?! WHY DID HE SAY MY NAME?!?!?! IS HE CALLING ME MOMMY?!?!?! ~

(Zarina's POV)

Tinkerbell and I were in my workshop and I had things ready for us to be up all night or even days to get this shrinking dust made for the prisoners as well as growing dust. The idea is to shrink the prisoners and bring them through a door our size into a sealed-off cell with a solid wall and grow them to a point where they are not as big as normal for when they will be working but small enough to make their cries for help too small for our baby to read. Meanwhile, it will be easier to punish them. 

Zarina's mind-Not to mention, we will set some aside for our baby to shrink down like he wanted so he can sleep in our houses. ~

Some of the girls like him big at times so we will have a big house and growing dust for him too. The shrinking dust takes top priority first. After that, growing dust should not be too hard.

Tinkerbell-Hey, so if the blue dust makes more Pixie Dust do you think we can use that to expand something when we alter it and then reverse it somehow to make it shrink?

Zarina-I tried that on my first attempts. 

Tinkerbell-But what if we find certain ingredients? I think I saw some books back at Rosetta's that could help us find out what we could need.

Zarina-Well... It could be worth a shot. Go to Rosetta and-.

(Clarion's POV)

SLAM

I slammed my finger down on this book that all of these forbidden plants should have the answers to what we need to make the prison more secure. I did have strict rules about this and I faced her to let her know how serious I was.

Clarion-I will send the Ministers of Summer, Spring, and Autumn out with you to get this done. I want these plants far away from here but also in a plant with good soil, the right environments, and-.

Rosetta-I already have a place picked out. It's where the native tribe is... What's left of them?

Clarion-I haven't heard from them in the reports for a long time since we did a whole check across the whole land.

Rosetta-Some of these plants need rocks to grow on. It's a moss we will teach the prisoners to fear and-.

Clarion-Take anyone you need that is free unless you really need them and capture all who remain. Our baby comes first.

Rosetta-Of course but I do have one more request for this job.

She turned the ages some more and showed me a specific plant. After reading what the plant does I was furious with her for a moment until I thought about what we could do with it... A little bit could not hurt.

Clarion-Small amounts at a time. Now go.

Rosetta-Squeals! ~

She flew out into the hall while hugging her book and the paper I signed with my instructions for this job. When I was alone, I smiled at the thought of what that plant would do to him. Nothing we would do before and he would enjoy it but this would make him cuter. Of course, I will get to experience this first.

Clarion's mind-Oh (Y/N)... If only things were safer for you right now... Maybe I need to put the humans on collars and leashes 24/7.
