More and more cases of this illness happened and F.O.N. came out with all the info they had and showed it in facts that nobody has died, but symptoms do appear to last for a few days. Once it was discovered what this disease was, it was debatable to call it a disease, but rather... The next step to a new and brighter world.

Speaker-There is nothing to fear. The pain is awful, but it will pass... This is our next step and we will be doing it together. Anyone showing these symptoms, such as body aches, headaches, or drowsiness is to contact our paramedics as soon as possible. As for our new holiday, it will no longer be a day, but a week. All schools will be closed during this to celebrate this moment in history.

((Y/N)'s POV)

I was being fed some oatmeal and the animals said that I finally get to see Mika again. I... actually missed her because I got 2 new animals that took care of me before they had to leave, so this is the third animal. They said Mika was getting ready, but I wonder what she has to get ready for.

(Y/N)'s mind-Did her fur fall out of something? Or maybe she needs surgery.

I kept on thinking about it while I got another bite of oatmeal.

(Mika's POV)

All of this felt so weird at first, but I was getting the hang of it. I just fell down a few times trying to walk then another few times trying to get dressed in something. I have no idea how (Y/N) does this all the time without falling time. When I was done, a little bird directed me to a mirror and when I saw myself with clothes and a bit of a haircut... I kind of liked it.

I did a little spin to see my whole self, but I almost fell again. This time I caught myself with my other 'foot'. All the animals looked at me and I couldn't believe how tall I was now. I wonder what the others looked like or if they were done changing yet.

Bird-Are you ready to see (Y/N)?

Mika-Can I get someone to spot me down the hall? This still feels weird.

Bird-I bet.

I nurse stayed by my side when I left my room and one went into my pet's room to give him a little talk before I could make it to the door and used my new hand to lean on the door. The talking stopped and (Y/N) had a cute confused look on his face. He was scared or grossed out, but he looked curious about this new me like I was too.

Mika-Hi sweetie.

(Y/N)-M-... Mika?

Mika-Mhmm.

He stayed down, so I went up to him and tried to kneel down, but almost fell on top of him which made him jump a little.

Mika-Sorry, sorry. Still getting used to this.

((Y/N)'s POV)

I couldn't believe that Mika was like this now, but that made me think about the others and if this happened to them too. I was taken out for a walk yesterday and they tried to play with me, but I looked at animals going into Christa's house.

(Y/N)-Is Christa like you now?

Deer-Awwww, worried about you're neighbor? I was just over there and... ~ Um...

(Christa's POV)

*Crash*

How do human women balance themselves with things this big?! I fell on my face every 3 minutes I got up until I fell backwards trying to find balance. I was lucky to get these clothes on, but I was ashamed I was falling down like Megan did when she was drunk. I couldn't even hold my baby until I get a hold of this walking thing then a doctor came in and changed my bra and put on some kind of brace for my back and balance was a lot easier to keep. I could finally stand up.

Doctor-A handful of patients had this problem and this seemed to be the most effective until you completely change and walking become easier... Take a look in the mirror.

He pulled my new shirt down and I went to the mirror and I started to like this new look... Considering how it all started.

Christa-Well... I could get used to this... I want to see my baby.

I barely got to hold or care for him in days, so the next mammal that will care for him in any way will be me. I walked over to the crib then saw that I need a taller one now, but for right now, Angel is now leaving my new arms since I can really hold him now.

Christa-Hi Angel! It's mama! ~

He looked even smaller and cuter now. I was a giant to him now. I used my new hand to scratch his belly a little and he only swung his arms around a little. I sat back on my bed to make sure I do not fall again with him this time. The only thing hard about holding him now is these damn boobs. I thought about heading over to Mika's to see how she turned out, but for now, I'm going to rest.

(Autumn's POV)

Walking on two legs was so hard and I even fell on top of someone. I apologized before trying again, and after the 4th time, I think I got the hang of it. I put some clothes on and went over to a mirror to see how I look. I blushed a little because I thought I looked a little silly like this, but the fake glasses looked cute.

I asked for the nurses to help me to Makenzie's room and when I walked in, she seemed to be doing a great job recovering. She's starting to walk on her foot, but still limped a little. She stopped when she saw me and how much I changed, but I rushed in to really hug her since I was so happy to see her getting better.

Makenzie-Autumn?! Wh-What happened to you?!

Autumn-I'm n-not really sure... I look a little sunny now, don't I?

Makenzie-... No... You look... pretty.

I don't know if she was just saying that to make me feel better or if she meant it, but I felt my cheeks heat up a little.

Autumn-I-I don't know about 'pretty' sweetie. Here.

I just picked her up and she was a bit lighter than I thought. As long as I keep my legs opened up a little, it's easier to keep my balance and not fall with her. Looked smaller than I remember, but I also felt that way about the nurses and doctors that were going to give me my next walking lesson.

(Jessie's POV)

Jessie-Hahahaha!

I just jumped a few feet in the air and did a triple backflip with no problem at all, and stuck the landing. My legs weren't bent anymore, but I can bounce higher. They tried to give me lessons on using my legs by getting dressed, but it was super easy. Joey was even clapping for me in the corner before he got up and ran to me, so I picked him up.

Nurse-Ma'am, please slow down. You could hurt yourself by falling at any moment.

Jessie-Are you kidding me? I just did a triple backflip in my room without a running start like I saw some humans do on a trampoline.

Nurse-Then... try walking around the house.

I did what they said and Joey tried to play with me before bending his legs to try and slip them into my pouch. I just took off my new shirt, opened it, and let him rest there for a while until this test was over and I took him out to look at myself in the mirror. I put my shirt back on and I was loving this new look.

Joey playfully grabbed my leg and I smiled at myself before I turned to the nurses.

Armadillo-You seem to have no trouble with what we can tell, but do you feel anything wobbly or such?

Jessie-Nope.

Hawk-How about tingly?

I just shook my head no and they looked at each other before back at me.

Hawk-We will be staying a few more hours to check your progress before we leave.

Whatever was good enough for them and since Joey had his bath today and some breakfast, I picked him up to bounce with him. I have been bedridden for days and I get my legs upgraded. I plan to have some fun with this.

Jessie-Who wants to go to the park? ~

Joey-Me! Me!

He never wanted to do anything with the caretakers and threw fits about leaving the house without me, but now he was excited to go out and play. He's just in for a bit f a bumpy ride. While I was getting shoes on him, I started to get a call from Mika, so I answered it.

Jessie-Hello?

Mika-H-Hey Jessie. Christa and I are good to go outside... Well actually, it's these walking lessons they want us to do. We got Autumn to meet us at the park we met with Makenzie. Are you able to get there?

Jessie-... Oh sure, I can try. This is all a bit tricky, you know.

Mika-Well, if you fell, you're not the only one.

I held my laughter back a bit at the thought of all of my friends falling face-first on the ground.

Jessie-Well, I'll meet you there. Good luck.

Mika-You too.

I hung up with a smirk on my face and Angel looked at me confused. I bent down to him before I picked him up.

Jessie-You wanna bounce super high together? Seeing me jump over them will be fun, right? ~

Joey-*Giggles* Yeah!

Jessie-Then let's go have some fun!
