We are back with another The Golden Girls reaction. Today, we are watching The Monkey Show (Part 1). This episode made me sooo mad! I don't even know what to write about it 😩. I'm disappointed in Stan and in Gloria. My poor Dorothy keeps getting hurt by people she cares so much about.

2024-09-08 03:53:28 +0000 UTCA little background for you: This two parter episode was originally aired as part of a “Hurricane Saturday” block on NBC in Nov 1991. It went for 2 hours and involved Golden Girls, Empty Nest and another show called Nurses. Each show had an episode set around the same fictional hurricane. Kinda fun… but I’ve personally never seen those other episodes!

2024-08-08 13:24:27 +0000 UTCoh wow, there’s a scene cut out of your version at around 8:30 (I think it’s Disney+ yeah?). I watch the DVD version. I thought I was going crazy 😂 Dorothy gets overly excited when she learns her sister couldn’t afford to come by plane lol.
