A Mother's Child (Co-operative Competition)

(Jill's POV)

I was flying a helicopter that a friend lend to me to go on this mission and Mia was strapped in the back still worrying about her daughter and she will be with her, happily ever after when I get my new son back. When we were more than half way there I started to look for a good and hidden place to land, so we can walk the rest of the way and do this quietly. If we're lucky, we'll have him out of here by the end of the day and he'll be on his way to my place. I'm done playing the sharing game. When I found a safe place to land in the woods just over the hill of where you can see the village I touched us down gently before we got out of the helicopter and started the walk.

Jill-Just stay as quiet as possible. We don't want to attract these monsters or whatever the hell they are, just to have them chase us back here.

Mia-I know. Like I said, I dealt with this before.

I just rolled my eyes before we got a move on to the village and I even had some silencers with us, but mainly for our pistols.

Jill's mind-Let's just get this over with. I hate this place.

((Y/N)'s POV)

Alcian was sitting outside with me on her lap while she was having a drink of blood in a cup. This very high porch had a good view and since the girls were still inside since they hate the cold. I was getting cold too, so I had to snuggle into Alcian and I could tell that she really liked it a started to pet my head now. It felt kinda good, but I still wanted her to stop and if I did that, she'll only get mad at me and still keep going. Soon we did go back inside when she was done and it was starting to get dark out and when she put me on her bed and played with the bell on my collar a little.

Alcian-Wait here. I want to talk to my daughters in our bath for a while. You might be sleeping with them tonight if they prove they can behave enough.

She just left the room and I think I would rather sleep with her because if it was going to be scary no matter what, I think I would rather only have 1 problem over 3. While she was gone I just got off the bed and went to the window to look outside as the sun was going down. I was thinking about Jill, Rose, and Mia and hoping they were ok before I just went back on the bed before she could get back in here.

(Alcian's POV)

I started to soak in the bath with my daughters just loving the filling of the warm water surrounding me and our pet already had his bath. I was going over some rules with my daughters if our pet was to sleep with them and I trust them for the most part, but if a punishment is needed then I don't want them getting crazy. We were going to talk some more about other things and apparently the girls came up with some ideas for new games for our pet that also trains him to do what we want and I was interested in this.

(Timeskip 3 Hours)

(Mia's POV)

We finally made it to this village again and there was almost no activity where we were, maybe because Chris and the others are still here and they know this somehow. We should be able to just walk right up to where Jill found him last time since he's most likely there.

Mia's mind-You'll be back at my new home soon enough. Relocating is just going to be hard on us for a bit.

(Alcian's POV)

I was just walking back to my room to give my pet to my daughters after I got a cup of blood before bed then all the sudden I heard a knock on my door and wondered who that could be moments before bed. When I opened the door I saw it was Mother Miranda and she just walked in, but if it was anyone else, I would've had my blades against their neck.

Alcian-Mother Miranda, what do I owe this honor?

Miranda-I'm ready to reclaim my son.

Alcian-... Oh.

This made me feel uneasy and I didn't want to disappoint my daughters by giving our pet to Mother Miranda after I promised them that they will be sleeping with our pet tonight. I had to think of something and quick to make her rethink this to keep my pet with me since she will have her daughter back soon enough.

Miranda-Now, kindly show me to where he is then I will be taking him.

Alcian-Actually mother, I was wanting to speak with you on this matter.

Miranda-Really? What about it?

Alcian-If we could take this to my dining room to talk over a nice drink for us?

She humored my request and I was pleading to anyone or thing higher than Miranda that she would leave without my pet tonight.

(Timeskip 10 Minutes)

Mother was proving to be very stubborn on this matter and so far I made very little to no progress on changing her mind. I was just getting so angry, but had to hide it and just when I was running out of things to say and reduce myself to begging I heard something. It was my undead servants sounding an alarm by wailing out and that could only mean one thing...

Alcian-Intruders!

Miranda-It must be those 2 coming to take him.

Alcian-MY PET!!!

I dashed out of my dining room and looked for any signs of where the intruders might be, but when I saw none I was about to head to my private quarters before I heard something get knocked over in the halls.

Alcian's mind-Got you, pathetic thieves.

I walked over to the hallway hoping to find and dispose of at least one of the intruders since mother might want Mia back to tell us where Rose is, but when I made it to the hall, I only saw it was a servant tripping over another "dead" servant.

Alcian's mind-WHAT?!?!?!

((Y/N)'s POV)

I was waiting on the bed wrapped up in a blanket that Alcian put me in before she gives me to the girls for the night after she comes back with her drink. She said if I move and ruin the wrapping she did I would be in big trouble then I started to hear footsteps, so I guess that was her. The door opened a tiny bit before it opened some more and someone walked in and I know who they were and was very surprised.

I got out from the blanket quickly, so he didn't see me like this and when he looked at me, he came over and he had 2 guns and his big one had a knife with some blood on it.

Chris-Can you move kid?

(Y/N)-Yeah.

Chris-Stay close and stay quiet. I got a place for you go, but you have to trust me.

(Y/N)-Um... ok.

Chris-Follow me.

I did what he said and watched him point his gun around, but then I realized something and poked his leg and when he turned to me and I showed him the bell on the collar I was wearing then he pulled out another knife and quickly cut off the collar and threw it in another empty room. We started to go again until we heard footsteps coming up the stairs and he pushed me with him to the room with the huge bath of blood. When we looked out the crack of the door I saw Alcian and Miranda walking back and she looked really mad before we got out quietly and went down the stairs before we heard something...

Alcian-RRRRRUUUUUAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!!!

Chris-Hurry. *whisper*

We heard something smash upstairs as we were leaving before we made it down stairs where we were about to leave before the doors upstairs swung open and we went into the hall to get to the front door.

Alcian-BLOCK THE EXITS, SEARCH EVERYWHERE, I REFUSE TO LOSE HIM AGAIN!!!

Chris quietly closed the door to the hallway and pushed me with him to the front door where we got out then he threw me over his shoulder to run with me and away from the castle. I remembered him being so mean before then Jill did say something about him being complicated, so I guess this is it. He's mean most of the time, but I guess he's still nice... while still acting serious. When he stopped running he finally put me down and we started walking with me and we were gonna go somewhere to take me away from here.

(Y/N)-Am I going back with Mia or Jill?

Chris-Neither. Miranda came after specifically you, so you'll be taken somewhere far away until this mess gets sorted out soon and I have a friend there that will help you. I worked with her before for a short time.

(Y/N)-Is she nice?

Chris-Yeah, let's just get you on a transport out of here and out of the blast range.

I don't think he means a teleporter and I know something was going to blow up and I hope it was that castle, but I was gonna stay with him anyway.

(Mia's POV)

We snuck in through the back of the castle and made our way in and for some reason there was a lot of these things running around. There was no way we were spotted already and Jill even looked confused a bit. We had to press on and when we finally got in we heard some yelling from the tall lady downstairs and I think Miranda too.

Alcian-This is all just plain ridiculous! Why must they all think they can-?!

Miranda-Enough!... They went to that camp and I will make sure they can not take off or at the very least, leave without me knowing where! That town we attacked is in shambles, so he won't be there, so will probably take him to that lab and when we find him, we find my daughter as well! Now go check to see if my other children have him, just in case!

They yelling stopped when we heard a door close and I was furious that someone took (Y/N) before we could save him from this place. My guess will be that woman with the puppet since he told me about her wanting him as a toy.

Jill-Let's go. We'll sneak out the same way that we came in. *whisper*

Mia-What if he isn't here?

Jill-I'll get a hold of Chris to see if he knows anything. Now come on, before we're spotted. *whisper*.

(???'s POV)

I tracked a lot of activity focused on the middle of nowhere, but can't find out why since those executives love their secrets. This radar was helping me track them and while I was watching for anything before I head out I noticed something... A helicopter was heading somewhere that was not going back to base based on the direction it was going.

???'s mind-And where are you going?

((Y/N)'s POV)

I was sitting down in this helicopter with a few men that were kinda hurt and I was very nervous about where I was going. Some of them were even talking about a bomb and a heart or something and I never saw anything like that here, but my mind went back to where Chris said I was going until this all gets fixed.
