Redoing/Remaster two videos on nitrates
Added 2016-10-04 02:07:01 +0000 UTCTwo of my videos were demonetized and age-restricted. But rather than fighting it I thought i'd just remaster them from archived video. Youtube should be more lenient on these ones now that they're cleaned up with proper warnings and such. Don't worry these videos will NOT be charged to patreon since it's just a remastering. But i'd like your review anyway if you'd like to see any fixes or improvements. It's not everyday we get to go back to old content and make it better. Here they are:
Getting ammonium nitrate from instant cold packs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibW7xdyy3P4
Making potassium nitrate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxhZkDAOeQ8
When i was doing them i realized these videos are very simple compared to my current content and i haven't done anything quite like that in many years. Do you guys think i should mix in some simple content similar to those ones back into my roster? or keep with my current content difficulty level? or post my ideas for videos and have you evaluate them on a case-by-case basis?
Thanks

I think mixing in some simpler material here and there is good. Sometimes it's nice to watch a video that uses or explains everyday items that may not be noticed by inexperienced or lower level educated amateur chemists (like myself). Although, I do enjoy watching the more difficult experiments you carry out because I wouldn't be able to do it myself and love the information and comments you give during the process.
