2024-08-26 15:37:51 +0000 UTCKubo actually wanted his name removed from the credits for this movie because they had some meetings with him where they would stay up the whole night discussing ideas, then when he saw the movie for the first time, they didn’t use most of them. There’s an episode in the anime which is a prequel to this movie. Almost no point watching it now I think it’s like 298 or 299. If you want to see another short scene of shuren then you can check it out. I think that episode was leading a lot more into kubo’s original ideas for the movie since it’s based off a bonus manga chapter he wrote to promote to movie also so it’s kinda canon too. The movie glosses over it so it’s easy to miss but I don’t think kokuto only went to hell for getting revenge. He says getting revenge didn’t bring his sister back and just made him feel empty so he wanted to make others feel the same suffering he did. So I assume he starting killing innocent people after that just other loved ones felt his pain. It’s a shame that the series ended shortly after the timeskip. We probably will never get any filler content again. But I kinda want to see a movie or filler using the fullbring arc designs or the tybw ones. It’s a shame none of the filler makes use of the vizards or arrancar either.

The beginning of hellverse with Ulquiorra vs Vasto Lord Ichigo, that's how Kubo wanted the animation to be in the canon bleach fight. Idk what the reason was for it, but they put it in this movie. My only complaint that we didn't get to see in this movie was a Kenpachi Zaraki & Yachiru kusajishi cameo fight with yachiru's laugh. 😄 Now we wait for cour 3 in October. Hope you are doing great! Sending much love and good vibes 👍😁 Have you seen Mob Psycho 100 yet? If you haven't you should check it out. It's the same creator who did "one punch man" another good anime.
