Quite a lot of episode 12 and 13 are anime only. They weren’t in the manga.
Askin is a character who’s actually super sexy but the anime doesn’t really do him justice they can’t quite get his look down. He has a slightly unusual looking face like a jojos character. He’s not the usual bishie boy but it works. Won’t send pics for now.
Also fun fact thanks to the scene between giselle and Bambietta this is the only episode of bleach to get a TV-MA rating.
On the note of giselle nobody knows 100% whether they’re like a femboy or a trans girl but they do get a bit mad when yumichika calls them a guy so I would just not touch that one with a 10ft pole to avoid making anybody mad. Just for your own peace I would just assume they’re a girl.

Only a selective few of older quincy actually knew what the auswählen was and what Yhwach true plan was. That's why Robert(the old quincy guy) was trying so desperately to kill Byakuya because he knew that if he didn't prove himself now he would be sacrificed later. Funny enough Askin didn't do a single thing the entire war but slack off and watch other people fight and he was the only lower rank sternritter that got promoted to Yhwach Royal guard.

Simply put, Askin's "Death Dealing" allows him to control how much of a substance it would take to kill you. I'm sure you've read the back of a medicine bottle and seen its "lethal dose", essentially, the amount of it that would kill you. That's why we have overdose warnings. Lethal dosages exist for anything, even water (for example, drinking too much water will kill you). The Death Dealing allows Askin to change that amount at will for ANY substance. In Nimaiya's case, he lowered the lethal dosage of the blood in his body, meaning that Nimaiya had TOO MUCH blood in his body and was slowly being killed because of that. That's why Nimaiya started bleeding himself out, to get back under the lethal dosage. It's not limited to blood, he can control the dosages of things like oxygen, even spiritual pressure. It's a crazy powerful ability.
