Overwatch 2 Is being review bombed by China

This is because Blizzard in January 2023 ended an agreement that allowed PC games made by the studio to be distributed in China, shutting down not just Overwatch but also their other franchises.
As a result, Overwatch 2 is the worst rated game of all time on Steam.
