This episode reminds me of how funny it is to have the name Destiny and watch Lost. I hear my name more in this show than any other 😅

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was a movie or both. Hoping both but I think your right. Thanks

This episode answers a lot of questions and has a lot of callbacks. The episode answers us about why Dan loses his memory, why the 815 accident affects him so much, what happened to his assistant/girlfriend and the importance of what Charlotte says before she dies. That is why the series is necessary to see it again because one can miss these details.

LOST always has clever writing. When Eloise is talking to Widmore she foreshadows that something bad is about to happen to Daniel when she says she sent him back “knowing full well” but she’s cut off by Charles revealing that he is Daniels father which answered a pretty big question and so most people forgot all about what Eloise had just said which helps keep up the suspense and shock at the end where Daniel gets shot

@Blanca - I’m so glad you mentioned this because on every rewatch I do, I’m more and more impressed by that actress and how much emotion she conveys in that scene. It’s quite something.

Such a great episode! Rewatching it really is something else because you can see the emotion on older Eloise’s face when she convinces Daniel to go to the island, knowing she’s the reason for his death. But again “Whatever happened, happened” and we can’t change it.
