Dan says “street” not “string.” I used to think he said “string” until one time I had the subtitles on.

Can you explain the “Juliet effect” you mentioned?

And Sawyer really has done a lot of growing up these past few years as he said! No longer an asshole, cares about and takes cary of everyone, he's a good boyfriend to Juliet and an also a respectable high ranking member of a community. Good man.

Kate at her absolute best in this episode. Being a mother seems like a calling for her, she's so good at it, and it brings out the best of her. She's had her ups and downs throughout the show, but she has a good heart and going back to the Island to get Aaron his real mother back is one of the best reasons I've heard so far. Still missing Ben's full story with all those injuries he got before boarding the plane, as well as how Hurley ended up there. Evangeline Lilly acted the shit out of this episode.
Oh and Jack is now officially a Man of Faith lol. Remember that conversation back in the S1 finale (Exodus PT2):
Jack: "I don't believe in destiny."
Locke : [pause] Yes, you do. You just don't know it yet."
Now he knows it. Jack is back because he thinks it's his destiny to be on the Island. And the the way he's just taking a backseat and letting others do everything shows that he's actually relieved that he doesn't have to manage everything, and he probably thinks fate and the Island will sort everything out by itself. Locke would have been so proud of him if he was there to witness it.

Mike, I'm a little disappointed, I've been waiting for you to yell IT'S CLAIRE!!!!! when we saw the blonde woman holding hands with Aaron in the supermarket hahahahaha.

I love the conversation between Jack and Kate. The moral conflict of saving or letting a child die knowing that in the future he will be a dangerous person. Kate, now a "mother" and can empathize better with a child, assumes that all this happened because of them and Jack referring to the island as its own entity.

Can’t wait for the next few episodes! BTW (since you asked) string theory is not what you’re thinking. It’s basically a theoretical framework where instead of point like particles there are one-dimensional strings whose vibration determine what type of elementary particle they are.
