A few words about coding and a few pictures just for fun.

Hello, folks!

I hope you're having a good summer. We are, frankly speaking, not very. The build process is much slower than we would like, and there are a number of reasons for this. To begin with, this is a creative process (and sometimes much more creative than creating illustrations), requiring much more subtle attunement and even more concentration and immersion — and therefore, unlike the same illustrative work, it is impossible to just take and assemble a piece, devoting two hours to this matter after the main work. At least, it doesn't work out that way for us.

In addition, the code itself, written at one time by two different people, who, alas, cannot be called professionals in this field, looks very intricate. And although we have never received offers to optimize it, we are, frankly, just afraid to touch these wilds. It works, well, thank Cupid!

Moreover, I will say it again, this process is more creative than technical. And very, just very painstaking — so for Jack alone we have more than 1000 variations of different facial expressions, hand positions, clothes and poses.

And while Mr. Beef is walking in the maze of variables and symbols, I decided to clean off the mold a little and get acquainted with such a beast as a neural network. You can't stay on the sidelines when you keep hearing that it will soon completely replace us and leave us without a job.

Well, what can I say — it definitely won't happen tomorrow. But, you need to know the enemy by sight, and even better — to make peace with it for the time being. After all, in fact, a neural network at a certain stage can become quite a good assistant in our common cause.
