Taker of a Thousand Ships

The Man’s Promise is doomed, and Emrys will be playing a part in its capture. That is enough for this achievement, and that means one economically focused perk.

What’ll it be?

Leadership Sphere (Followers): Gain 5 bonus skill points which can only be spent on the Diplomacy skill. Gain 5 “follower” party slots per level. Followers must be half your level or less, and do not gain character sheets. A follower gains a minor amount of plot armor, and groups of 5 or more followers are reliably able to make survival checks to gather enough food to sustain themselves (with little to no surplus) in most environments.

Survivalism Sphere - Gain 5 skill points which may only be spent on the Survival skill. You automatically succeed on all checks to start a fire without adequate tools, recognize poisonous plants and creatures, and identify tainted water. In addition, you may harvest temporary talismans from corpses, which aid in combat with other creatures of the same type.

Mercantile Connections (Alchemy) You are able to reliably find and purchase alchemical items at the standard qualities and prices found in the SRD in a friendly settlement of any size, unless those goods would be illegal for some reason. This perk covers things like oil, explosives, medicines, alchemical instruments, and many herbs used for alchemy.

Dreamspace: You gain a pocket plane that you can only access while sleeping. You are unaware of the world outside while in Dreamspace, but you may store items there and use your night however you wish, waking up fully rested as if you had slept normally for the same period of time. Can be upgraded with additional feats.

Mercantile Connections (Hirelings, Servants, and Services) You are able to reliably find and hire people at the standard qualities and prices found in the SRD in a friendly settlement of any size, unless those goods and services would be illegal for some reason. This perk covers mostly non-hazardous work such as accommodations, medical treatment, academic inquiries, manual labor, and prostitution.

He doesn’t need to be cuddling them or anything, but they need to be near him and his possession of them needs to be uncontested when he falls asleep. They will then vanish and go into the dreamspace with him. When he wakes up, anything he wants to bring back out will magically appear next to his sleeping form as he wakes up, in his hands, under his pillow, or worn on his body if appropriate. At its base level it’s basically just a somewhat clunky bag of holding, though it can be upgraded with further feats.

Yeah, I like both Followers and Dreamspace.. I think I asked previously, but would Em be able to put items in and take them out of his Dreamspace whenever*? Edit: I mean, if he needs to be in touch with the Items when he sleeps or something that would be super clunky^^

Amusingly this is the second time it came up. The first time was as his first level feat in the pre-chapter 1 stage. My one patron opted for curses instead, due to the conflict you pointed out.

Dreampace just sounds amazing, even if it is in conflict with current no sleep strategies.
