Level 3 Spell

Emrys is hitting level 3! In addition to the feat, he is also getting charm person as a bonus spell known, and one new first level spell that we will be choosing here! I’m trying to have this sitting around for a bit so everyone has a chance to vote. Don‘t forget to vote for his feat, that poll is already out.

Snowball- a single target blast of ice that does 1d6 cold damage per level. Can knock the target off balance for one round on a failed save. Reliant on Emrys’s aim to do damage.

Color Spray- A rainbow flashbang that can completely remove weak targets from the fight in a small cone shaped aoe. Against stronger targets (level 5+) it is still a potential 1 round stun.

Fumblestep- trip a target up, imposing a minor penalty to reflex and acrobatics. A second action can be used to knock them flat on their ass, ending the spell.

Floating disk: essentially a wheelbarrow made of magic force, allowing relatively easy transport of several hundred pounds. It also serves as a platform floating up to 5 feet above the ground for other purposes in various corner cases.

Ear Piercing Scream: a blast of sonic energy focused entirely on a single individual. Deals 1d6 sonic damage per level to a single target and can rob them of their standard action for one round; they still take half damage on a successful Fortitude saving throw. Sonic damage is rarely resisted compared to cold or fire, but large monsters tend to have good fortitude.

Bungle- Compel a target to utterly fail at the next thing they do while you maintain focus on the spell. On a failed will save, imposes a -20 on a single attack roll or skill check
